As we begin another new year set some personal smart goals that you can measure and reach throughout the year. Make sure you set some short term goals that keep you engaged during the first quarter. If you can make it through March you have a much better chance of lasting through summer.
Remember, smart goals don’t always have to be about weight and measurements. Some of the best short term goals focus on developing new and better habits with your diet and exercise. Set a goal to workout twice a week or eat only 1500 calories each day, the weight and measurement goals will follow!
