This cartridge just came out this year. It contains 5 fonts, each has a shadow. One is very thin, I plan to use with my markers. One is for large letters and number, you might use this for wall decor.
I found it the cheapest online at http://cartridgesandmore.com/. But do an internet search to find the best price now that more sites are selling it.
I recently did a project for my mother-in-law using my Nifty Fifty cartridge. She’s a bowler and needed to make gift tags for an upcoming event. I knew the Nifty Fifty cartridge had bowling pins and bowling balls. So I offered to make 40 some tags. They turned out so cute!
I inked around the bowling pins with a little brown ink on a cream cardstock, then inked around the bowling balls with white ink on black cardstock. I decided not to shadow the pin and ball, but there is a shadow for the shape. Instead I decided to cut out gift tags from the Art Philosophy cartridge that Close to My Heart (CTMH) makes.
Last year I purchased the Art Philosophy cartridge that I mentioned above, and I loved the set because it works well with Close to My Heart stamp sets and punches. Great idea on their part to incorporate the Cricut cartridges with all their accessories. Love that I can cut a shape, stamp on it and even put it on a piece of chipboard. I tell people if you only had one Cricut cartridge, this is the one to get!
Next CTMH came out with another cartridge called Artiste. The Art Philosophy has every shape you could ever want to cut for scrapbooking and card making. The Artiste has many more shapes and many are 3-D. For Christmas I made all shapes of gift boxes using this cartridge. Love it!
