EverNote Software

As I mentioned in a previous blog, I’ve been using FreeConferenceCall.com for client calls when we need to get more than one of us on the call at the same time.  It’s working great.

This week I noticed that it has a sync with EVERNOTE software. You can download it or just use in the browser. I haven’t done the download yet. I believe I can sync with my phone too. I’ll search for the EverNote app for Android.

Evernote’s goal is to help the world remember everything, communicate effectively and get things done. Sounds like an organizer’s dream. From saving thoughts and ideas to preserving experiences to working efficiently with others, Evernote’s collection of apps make it easy to stay organized and productive.

Here’s are things you would do with EVERNOTE:

  • Keep everything in sync on your phone, tablet, and computers
  • Remember things you like, take pictures, make notes, record audio
  • Save favorite webpages
  • Research better and take great notes
  • Work with friends and colleagues by collaborating online
  • Plan your next trip
  • Capture ideas

Get started with EVERNOTE … and let me know what you like about it!

June 13, 2012 update …

I’ve downloaded the client version of EverNote.  It’s so easy to update from the web, from my phone, and now from my computer.  I have organized my to do’s. I love it!

I’ve also found how to email into my EverNote account. You can tag and tell the emails which folder to go into, so your information stays organized. When a client sends me something that I need to follow-up on, I simply forward that email to my EverNote account. I can then move it to the right folder or tag is as a “to do”. Making me more efficient by not letting anything fall thru the cracks!
