Great dip for Memorial Day picnic

If you are looking for an easy to make dish to take to a Memorial Day picnic, this dip is delicious!  Remember to get Tostitos chips for it!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 - 12 oz. bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 - 16 oz. bottle blue cheese salad dressing or ranch dressing
  • 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Step 1 In a large saucepan, boil the chicken in water until cooked through (about 15 minutes), drain and shred with two forks.
Step 2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 3 In a 13 x 9 inch glass baking pan, combine the shredded chicken meat with the hot sauce, spreading to form an even layer. (Glass pan if you want to reheat in microwave, otherwise reheat in the oven).
Step 4 In a large saucepan, over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and blue cheese or ranch dressing, stirring until smooth and hot. Pour over the chicken.
Step 5 Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
Step 6 You can reheat before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
