Anybody Out There?



Did anyone who made a New Year’s Resolution last month make it this far!?  Most of us are already off track.  Here is a little motivation to get you back on the wagon…

Fighting Fear

When given the opportunity to start something new and different why not jump at it!?  Change is often an overlooked, but important, factor of staying on the right track to reaching your goals.  Don’t be afraid to try something new if the opportunity arises.  Giving something a go does not necessarily mean that you have to commit to it long term.  A new twist in your current routine could be just what you need to stay motivated.  Unfortunately, you will never know unless you let down your guard and give it a chance!!

Another New Year!



As we begin another new year set some personal smart goals that you can measure and reach throughout the year.  Make sure you set some short term goals that keep you engaged during the first quarter.  If you can make it through March you have a much better chance of lasting through summer.

Remember, smart goals don’t always have to be about weight and measurements.  Some of the best short term goals focus on developing new and better habits with your diet and exercise.  Set a goal to workout twice a week or eat only 1500 calories each day, the weight and measurement goals will follow!

Congratulations to Lindsey Allen and Joe Adams who have both lost more than 3% of their bodyweight in just 6 weeks!  You guys are doing a phenomenal job taking everything one day at a time.  We’re halfway through the Napoletan Fitness weight loss challenge.  Keep it up!
